ВПЛИВ ОПЕРАЦІЙНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ НА ЕКОНОМІЧНУ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract

У роботі розкрито основні аспекти організації операційної діяльності та її ефективність на підприємствах, пов’язані із забезпеченням її модернізації з урахування наявного досвіду зарубіжних країн. Проведено аналіз економічного стану підприємства та взаємозв’язок змін в операційному управлінні з позитивними показниками прибутку, булі досліджені виробничі аспекти забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, проведено аналогію з міжнародними практиками, охарактеризовано основні напрямки удосконалення механізмів управління операційною діяльністю на виробництві з метою освоєння нових ринків збуту, та отримання конкурентних переваг в уже освоєних секторах ринку.

The work reveals the main aspects of the organization of operational activity and its effectiveness at enterprises, related to ensuring its modernization, taking into account the available experience of foreign countries. The analysis of the economic state of the enterprise and the relationship between changes in operational management and positive profit indicators was carried out, the production aspects of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise were investigated, an analogy with international practices was made, the main directions for improving the mechanisms of management of operational activities in production were characterized for the purpose of developing new sales markets, and obtaining competitive advantages in already mastered market sectors.
