ГЕНЕТИЧНА СКЛАДОВА БАГАТОФАКТОРНИХ ХВОРОБ

Abstract

Найрозповсюдженими хворобами серед населення є ішемічна хвороба серця, фібриляція передсердь, діабет 2 типу, запальні захворювання кишечника та раку молочної залози. Всі ці хвороби за своєю природою, як і всі хвороби середнього віку, є багатофакторними полігенними. А отже, мають генетичну складову, яка за сприятливих умов, викличе розвиток цих хвороб. Наявність певних генів, що приймають участь у розвитку хвороби дозволяють до початку розвитку хвороби виокремити групу ризику серед популяції за допомогою генетичного скринінгу.

The most common diseases among the population are coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, type 2 diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease and breast cancer. All these diseases by their nature, like all diseases of middle age, are multifactorial polygenic. And therefore, they have a genetic component that, under favorable conditions, will cause the development of these diseases. The presence of certain genes involved in the development of the disease allows to identify a risk group among the population using genetic screening before the onset of the disease.
