ГАСТРОНОМІЧНА КУЛЬТУРА УКРАЇНЦІВ У КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНОСТІ

Abstract

Дана кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню гастрономічної культури українців у контексті сучасності та розкриття її функціонування, історичних аспектів і подальшого поширення шляхом проведення фестивалів, ярмарок, відкриття культурних пам’яток. В роботі зазначається, що зацікавленість до цієї сфери культури викликана тим, що багато рецептів і назв страв було стерто з історії українського народу в час перебування її під владою радянського союзу. І тому стрімкий розвиток гастрономічної культури дозволяє нам познайомитись зі стравами, які готували наші предки. Розглянуто функції гастрономічної культури, її структура та історичний і сучасний розвиток. Сьогодні ми все більше виявляємо інтерес до культури наших предків. Ми намагаємось довести, що українська нація є неповторною та незалежною, а наші звичаї та традиції передавалися з покоління в покоління і належали, саме нашим пращурам – українцям. Також, нині спостерігається підвищення інтересу до історії, національного становлення, ідентичності української нації. У роботі є дослідження гастрономічних фестивалів, культурних пам’яток, присвячених їжі, а також гастрономічні музеїв./ This qualifying work is dedicated to the study of the gastronomic culture of Ukrainians in the context of modernity and the disclosure of its functioning, historical aspects and further dissemination through the holding of festivals, fairs, and the opening of cultural monuments. The work notes that the interest in this sphere of culture is caused by the fact that many recipes and names of dishes were erased from the history of the Ukrainian people during its stay under the rule of the Soviet Union. And that is why the rapid development of gastronomic culture allows us to get to know the dishes that our ancestors prepared. The functions of gastronomic culture, its structure and historical and modern development are considered. Today, we show more and more interest in the culture of our ancestors. We are trying to prove that the Ukrainian nation is unique and independent, and our customs and traditions were passed down from generation to generation and belonged to our ancestors - Ukrainians. Also, nowadays there is an increase in interest in the history, national formation, and identity of the Ukrainian nation. The work includes a study of gastronomic festivals, cultural monuments dedicated to food, as well as gastronomic museums.
