НАВЧАЛЬНО-МЕТОДИЧНИЙ СУПРОВІД ФОРМУВАННЯ СУБКУЛЬТУРИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ІНОЗЕМНИХ МОВ

Abstract

У статті схарактеризовано навчально-методичний супровід формування субкультури майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах полілінгвального освітнього середовища. Акцентовано, що професійна іншомовна підготовка у вишах України спрямована на розвиток особистості, важливість і необхідність вивчення різних культур. Проаналізувано зміст чинних програм та навчально-методичного забезпечення процесу фахової підготовки майбутніх учителів іноземних мов щодо сформованості їхньої професійної та особистісної культури та звернуто увагу на те, що поза увагою навчальних дисциплін залишається проблема формування особистісної культури майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах полілінгвального освітнього середовища, яка є складовою субкультури майбутніх учителів іноземних мов. Доведено, що головним чинником методики формування субкультури майбутніх учителів ІМ в умовах полілінгвального освітнього середовища виступає варіативний спецкурс «Основи формування субкультури майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах полілінгвального освітнього середовища». Визначено основні етапи формування субкультури майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах полілінгвального освітнього середовища: інформаційно-пізнавальний, культурно-ситуативний, поведінково-творчий. Встановлено критерії добору культуро маркованих текстів до навчального посібника: врахування інтересів студентів, автентичність; відповідність мовного змісту матеріалів мовленнєвій підготовці студентів; нормативність мовлення, відповідність змісту навчальній програмі. Доведено, що програма авторського спецкурсу у процесі навчання дозволяє якісно вирішувати завдання підвищення якості навчання у ВНЗ та сприяє розвитку особистісної культури на всіх етапах формування субкультури майбутніх учителів іноземних мов в умовах полілінгвального освітнього середовища. The article describes the educational and methodological materials of the formation of future foreign languages teachers’ subculture in the polylanguinal educational sphere. It is emphasized that professional foreign language training is aimed at the development of personality, the importance and necessity of studying different cultures. The content of programs and educational and methodological materials for the process of professional training of teachers are analyzed, and two blocks are defined. The attention is paid to the fact that beyond the attention of educational subjects there is a problem of formation of the personal culture of future foreign languages in the polylingual educational sphere, which is the main part of their subculture. It was established that the main factor of the methodology of formation of future foreign languages teacher’ subculture in the polylanguinal educational sprere is the variational special course "Basics of the formation of future foreign languages teachers’ subculture in the polylanguinal educational sphere". The basic stages of the formation of the future foreign languages teachers’ subculture in the polylanguinal educational sphere are determined: information-cognitive, culturalsituational, behavioral and creative. The criteria for the selection of educational material were defined: the interests of students, authenticity; the correspondence of the linguistic content of the students' language training materials; broadcasting standards, content correspondence with the curriculum. It is proved that the program of the author's special course in the process of studying solve the problems of improving the quality of education in universities and promotes the development of personal culture at all stages of the formation of future foreign languages teachers’ subculture in a polylinguinal educational sphere.
