    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенню поняття, змісту та напрямів розвитку громадських організацій, з’ясуванню, обґрунтуванню та узагальненню теоретичного та практичного аспектів статусу громадських організацій. В ході роботи було надано загальну характеристику поняття та статусу громадських організацій, розглянуто місце громадських організацій в системі суб’єктів адміністративного права, виявлено актуальні проблеми розвитку діяльності громадських організацій. Qualification work is devoted to defining the concept, content and directions of development of public organizations, clarification, justification and generalization of theoretical and practical aspects of the status of public organizations. In the course of the work the general characteristic of the concept and status of public organizations was given, the place of public organizations in the system of subjects of administrative law was considered, actual problems of development of activity of public organizations were revealed.
