Український вчений-універсал Віктор Петров на тлі радянської археологічної науки : Москва 1949-1956 рр.

Abstract

In the article is reconstructed the “Moscow period” of creative biography of outstanding Ukrainian humanitarian intellectual Viktor Platonovich Petrov. This deducation is based on little known archival materials and published sources. The Moscow period in the life of V. Petrov was the adaptation to a “normal life” after intelligence mission and extremely fruitful period in his scientific investigations. V. Petrov had finished his long-term work over monograph “Podsechnoe zemledelie” (1968), actively took part in the field archaeological investigations, worked over the publication of collection of monuments of the funeral fields etc. This was the significant contribution to various scientific problems.
