Abstract:
The article deals with the component analysis of the development levels of food industry enterprises on the example of Kherson creameries. It is aimed at determination of their real development level, working up of measures for increasing the low level and fixing of the high development level of the enterprises under research. The basic organizational and economic components are established, which provide the management efficiency of food industry enterprises: managerial, information- communication, personnel and motivational.
