НАУКОВО-МЕТОДИЧНІ ОСНОВИ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ДО УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано стан та завдання щодо формування управлінської діяльності у майбутніх економістів. Розкрито особливості успішності реалізації магістерських програм за спеціальностями: управління та адміністрування, менеджмент та адміністрування. Доведено, що ступінь успішності залежить від багатьох чинників, як один із провідних – визначено ефективне науково-методичне забезпечення організації освітнього процесу на економічних факультетах. Обґрунтовано ключові компетентності майбутніх управлінців: концептуальне мислення, дієвість та результативність; стійкість та емоційна зрілість; зосередженість на майбутньому; уміння формувати корпоративну культуру; уміння приймати рішення; упровадження змін та інновацій у роботу організації; розробка стратегій та планування; управління економічним процесом у контексті поточних економічних реформ; уміння використовувати методи мотивації персоналу; управління підприємством, відділом, організацією у контексті парадигми лідерства. У досліджені визначено найбільш значущі шляхи формування викладачами управлінської діяльності в процесі професійної підготовки студентів: постійна робота над змістом освіти – відповідність його світовому та європейському рівню; оволодіння студентами базовими компетентностями в сфері управління, сучасне науково-методичне забезпечення освітнього процесу на економічних факультетах; поєднання теоретичного, практичного і наукового блоку підготовки управлінських кадрів. The article analyzes the state and tasks of forming the management activity of future economists. The peculiarities of the implementation of master's programs in specialties are revealed: leadership and administration, management and administration. The purpose of the article is to establish the main components (systems) of scientific and methodological support for the preparation of future managers for management activities by identifying the subsystems of such a system, the pedagogical conditions for its implementation, as well as revealing modern technologies of teaching through the forms, methods, and means of introducing into the educational process of higher education institutions. The methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison are use in the article. Results. It is proved that the degree of success depends on many factors, as one of the leading ones - an effective scientific and methodological support for the organization of the educational process at the economic faculties is determined. The key competences of future managers are substantiated: conceptual thinking, efficiency and effectiveness; stability and emotional maturity; focus on the future; the ability to form a corporate culture; ability to make decisions; introduction of changes and innovations in the work of the organization; development of strategies and planning; management of the economic process in the context of ongoing economic reforms; ability to use methods of motivation of personnel; management of the enterprise, department, organization in the context of leadership paradigm. Originality. The research determines the most significant ways in formation of teaching staff in the process of professional training of students: constant work on the content of education - its relevance to the world and European level; mastering students with basic competencies in the field of management, modern scientific and methodological provision of educational process at economic faculties; a combination of theoretical, practical and scientific training unit for managerial personnel. Conclusion. The solution of modern economic tasks in the country largely depends on the competent management on the today training of future economists, in particular, their preparation for effective management, which depends on many factors, in particular, the content of curricula that would meet the national standards for the training of management personne.l
