ПРИНЦИП ПАРТНЕРСТВА У ПЕДАГОГІЧНІЙ СИСТЕМІ В. СУХОМЛИНСЬКОГО

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню особливостей принципу партнерства у педагогічній системі В. Сухомлинського. Наукові пошуки дають можливість розглянути теоретичні здобутки навчально-виховної роботи в школі, що закладені видатним педагогом. Розкрито зміст поняття «принцип партнерства». Показана необхідність застосування діалогової стратегії та педагогічної взаємодії, що може бути реалізована завдяки єдності інтелектуальної діяльності, світоглядних переконань та творчої співпраці. Проаналізована особливість організації навчального процесу В. Сухомлинського та обґрунтовані основні положення проблеми дослідження. Підкреслено значення моральних, культурних, естетичних навичок у формуванні освіченої особистості, що впливають на реалізацію принципу партнерства. Статья посвящена изучению особенностей принципа партнерства в педагогической системе В. Сухомлинского. Научные исследования дают возможность рассмотреть теоретические достижения учебно-воспитательной работы в школе, которые заложены выдающимся педагогом. Раскрыто содержание понятия «принцип партнерства». Показана необходимость применения диалоговой стратегии и педагогического взаимодействия, которая может быть реализована благодаря единству интеллектуальной деятельности, мировоззренческих убеждений и творческого сотрудничества. Проанализирована особенность учебного процесса В. Сухомлинского и обоснованы основные положения проблемы исследования. Подчеркнуто значение нравственных, культурных, эстетических навыков в формировании образованной личности, влияющие на реализацию принципа партнерства. The article is devoted to the principles of partnership in the pedagogical system of V. Sukhomlynsky. In the works of the teacher theoretically grounded provisions that reveal the peculiarities of the concept of partnership relations. The main line, namely the creative interaction with others, passes through all the pedagogical heritage of the author. Traditional education focuses on the development of the individual, based on the moral and spiritual world of man. Analysis of the research pedagogical heritage of the teacher attracts the attention of many specialists, and his ideas find their continuation in numerous scientific works. Тhe new direction of pedagogy originated in the second half of the XX century and the main provisions of scientific research are based on the pedagogical achievements of V. Sukhomlynsky. The urgency of the study is to identify the principle of partnership in the V. Sukhomlynsky's pedagogical system. An important factor providing the optimal conditions for cooperation is the formation of mental qualities of schoolchildren. As a result of the research it was discovered that the ideological content of V. Sukhomlynsky's education is based on the principles of partnership. Therefore, the impact on the personality is possible only if the activities of the whole school, parents, the public are directed together. In his views, the teacher reveals the importance of the development of student thought and the main condition is based on the humanistic paradigm. It is considered that the specificity of the educational process is based on effective interaction and pedagogical support. Analysis of the study opens a new promising way to implement the principle of partnership, and the result can be adapted to the modern educational process.
