Abstract:
The training of employees whose knowledge and experience in symbiosis with effective management of their production load will allow businesses to achieve strategic goals. It is a strategic task for all the top management of business entities. Staff should understand the purpose of the training and how it can increase their productivity and thus contribute to increased satisfaction with their assigned responsibilities.
