ПІСЛЯДИПЛОМНА ОСВІТА ЯК СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ РОЗВИТКУ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОКОМУНІКАЦІЙНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ ВЧИТЕЛІВ СУСПІЛЬНОГУМАНІТАРНИХ ДИСЦИПЛІН

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано можливості післядипломної освіти щодо розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності вчителів суспільно-гуманітарних дисциплін. Звернуто увагу на те, що з метою розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності вчителів суспільно-гуманітарних дисциплін в закладах післядипломної педагогічної освіти під час курсової підготовки формують навички використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для пошуку інформації, ілюстративного матеріалу та створення бази даних із відповідних предметів, навчають створювати власні електронні продукти. Наголошено, що всі форми навчання у закладах післядипломної педагогічної освіти містять значний потенціал для розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності вчителів суспільногуманітарних дисциплін. В статье проанализованы возможности последипломного образования для развития информационно-коммуникационной компетентности учителей общественногуманитарных дисциплин. Обращено внимание на то, что с целью развития информационнокоммуникационной компетентности учителей общественно-гуманитарных дисциплин в заведениях последипломного педагогического образования во время курсовой підготовки формируют навыки использования информационно-коммуникационных технологий для поиска информации, наглядного материала и создания базы данных по соответствующим предметам, учат создавать собственные электронные продукты. Акцентированно, что все формы обучения в заведениях последипломного педагогического образования содержат значительный потенциал для развития информационно-коммуникационной компетентности учителей общественно-гуманитарных дисциплін. The article deals with the analysis of the possibilities of after-diploma education concerning the development of the information and communication competence of teachers of social and humanitarian subjects. It is mentioned that in the establishments of after-diploma pedagogical education in course training of teachers the internet is widely used (in the course of practical seminars, training seminars, webinars, virtual lectures, «round tables» etc). During the period between the training courses the internet is helpful in creating presentations, making tests, looking for video fragments and video films needed for the lesson, as well as in pedagogical communication with colleagues (for example, communication through the creation of virtual subject societies, virtual environment). Special attention is made on the fact that being aimed at the development of the information and communication competence of teachers of social and humanitarian subjects in the establishments of after-diploma pedagogical education, course training forms special skills like using the information and communication technologies for searching any information or illustrated material, for creating data base of different subjects, as well as for creating personal e-products. It is accentuated that all forms of training in the establishments of after-diploma pedagogical education (day; evening, distance, external) contain considerable potential for the development of the information and communication competence of teachers of social and humanitarian subjects. This potential should be used as wide as possible. We should also take care so that both acquired knowledge of information and communication technologies and appropriate skills would be constantly used by teachers in their pedagogical activity in the course of conferences, seminars, «round tables», competitions, as well as in their everyday life.
