ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНІ НАВЧАЛЬНО-ДОСЛІДНІ ЗАВДАННЯ У СИСТЕМІ МЕТОДИЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАГІСТРАНТІВ-ФІЛОЛОГІВ

Abstract

У статті наголошено на важливій ролі методичної підготовки у становленні магістрів української філології, які спроможні розв’язувати складні професійні завдання і проблеми. Представлено методику організування роботи здобувачів над виконанням індивідуальних навчально-дослідних завдань із курсу «Методика викладання української літератури у закладі вищої освіти» з досвіду роботи на кафедрі української філології та журналістики Херсонського державного університету. Такі завдання передбачають самостійне опанування частини програмового матеріалу, поглиблення, узагальнення, систематизацію, закріплення, практичне застосування знань здобувачів з дисципліни і розвиток у них навичок самостійної роботи. Виконання індивідуальних навчально-дослідних завдань відбувається упродовж семестру у декілька етапів, що ґрунтуються на самостійній роботі здобувачів і систематичному консультуванні викладача. На першому етапі магістранти формулюють конкретні цілі роботи та визначаються із завданням. З цією метою їм пропонується орієнтовний перелік навчально-дослідних завдань. На другому етапі здобувачі досліджують теоретичний аспект свого завдання та аналізують досвід роботи викладачів-практиків з виучуваної проблеми. На наступних етапах моделюють практичну частину свого дослідження: розробляють сценарії позааудиторних заходів, готують конспекти практичних занять, анкети для опитувань студентів, виготовляють наочність і втілюють заплановане на практиці. Передостанній етап виконання індивідуальних навчально-дослідних завдань передбачає систематизацію й узагальнення отриманих результатів, підготовку виступів і презентацій до них. Заключний етап проходить у формі організування та проведення конференції. У висновках наголошено, що індивідуальні науково-дослідні завдання і захист-звіт здобувачів про їх виконання на науковій конференції є потужними інструментами для методичної підготовки майбутніх магістрів української філології. Сучасна університетська практика потребує постійного пошуку нових ефективних форм роботи та видозміни класичних для становлення конкурентноспроможного фахівця відповідно до вимог цифрової епохи. The article emphasizes the importance of methodological training for masters in Ukrainian Philology, who are capable of solving complex professional problems. This study presents the methodology based on the experience of the Department of Ukrainian Philology and Journalism, Kherson State University for the students’ work organization of the implementation of individual research and training assignments while studying "Methods of Teaching Ukrainian Literature in a Higher Education Institution". The methodology involves the number of tasks providing the independent study of a part of the program material, deeper learning, knowledge generalization, systematization, consolidation, students’ practical application of the knowledge while studying the discipline and the independent working skills development. The implementation of the methodology with the individual research and training assignments are held during the semester broken into several stages involving the students’ independent work and systematic teacher consultations. At the first stage, the undergraduates formulate specific work goals and determine the tasks. For this purpose, they are offered an indicative list with research and training assignments. At the second stage, the applicants explore the theoretical aspect of their assignment and analyze the experience of teacher-practitioners on the problem under study. At the next stages, they develop practical part of research: they create scenarios for extracurricular activities, prepare the lesson plans, questionnaires for student surveys, make handouts and implement those ideas into actual practice. The penultimate stage of the implementation of individual research and training assignments provides for the systematization and generalization of the results obtained, the preparation of speeches and presentations for them. The final stage is organized as a conference. In the conclusions, it is noted that individual research assignments and the students’ oral defense upon completion of their research at a scientific conference are powerful tools for the methodological training of future masters in Ukrainian Philology. Modern university requires a constant search for new effective methods of work and modification of the classical ones in order to train a competitive specialist in accordance with the requirements of the digital age.
