РІЗНОРІВНЕВЕ НАВЧАННЯ ЯК ЗАСІБ ФОРМУВАННЯ КОМУНІКАТИВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ВИХОВАТЕЛЯ ЗДО

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз категорії «педагогічна інтеракція», як продуктивної міжособистісної взаємодії педагога та студента, яка характеризується застосуванням інтерактивних технологій розвитку творчої активності особистості в інноваційному соціокультурному середовищі закладу вищої освіти. Охарактеризовано технологію різнорівневого навчання як засобу формування комунікативної компетентності. Описано варіанти організації інтеракції зі здобувачами вищої освіти в межах застосування технології різнорівневого навчання, які дали змогу стверджувати, що активна позиція здобувачів освіти під час навчання сприяє підвищенню якості засвоєння навчального матеріалу, а також формуванню комунікативної компетентності майбутнього вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти. The article identifies the urgency of the problem of forming the communicative competence of the future educator of preschool education in an application of technology of different levels of education. The ability to partner in professional activities is acquired through their own participation in communication. The analysis of the category "pedagogical interaction" as a productive interpersonal interaction of teacher and student, which is characterized by using of interactive technologies for the development of creative activity of the individual in the innovative socio-cultural environment of higher education. The introduction of an interactive approach to learning in the professional activity of a teacher of higher education institution presupposes active interaction of participants in the educational process and promotes the stimulation of creative self-realization of higher education students. The technology of multilevel learning as means of forming communicative competence is characterized. Described in the article options for interaction with higher education students within the application of multilevel learning technology, suggest that the active position of students during education helps to improve the quality of learning, as well as the formation of communicative competence of future educators of preschool education. The choice of forms and means of technology of different levels of education depends on the individual and age’s characteristics of applicants, as well as on the level of knowledge formed in them and psychological readiness for interaction.
