ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ У ЗВО В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ

Abstract

У статті розкриті особливості організації освітнього процесу у ЗВО за сучасних умов, спричинених війною. Визначено, що організація освітнього процесу залежить від безпекової ситуації в кожному населеному пункті. Організація освітнього процесу під час воєнного стану у ЗВО переважно передбачає дистанційне навчання. Виявлено, що організація дистанційного навчання залежить від багатьох факторів, таких як наявність матеріально-технічної бази, ергономічні можливості, соціально-психологічні аспекти, безпека для викладачів та студентів та деталі діяльності кожного ЗВО в умовах воєнного стану. Визначено, що керівник ЗВО повинен довести до відома, що створення безпечного середовища для здобувачів вищої освіти та всього персоналу ЗВО є його персональною відповідальністю. Основою організації освітнього процесу у ЗВО, зокрема і у ЗВО хімічного спрямування, у період воєнного стану в Україні є стратегія використання електронних дистанційних форм взаємодії студентів і викладачів. З’ясовано, що основними завданнями для адміністрації ЗВО є забезпечення безпеки та захисту здобувачів вищої освіти, викладачів і персоналу в надзвичайних ситуаціях і військових діях, а також створення ефективних курсів безперервної освіти. В умовах воєнного стану важливо структурувати освітній процес, щоб вирішувати ключові проблеми війни, такі як мобільність студентів, ненадійна мережа Інтернет, проблеми з використанням обладнання та технологій. Сьогодні у більшості ЗВО, зокрема і ЗВО хімічного спрямування, для організації освітнього процесу в умовах війни використовується дистанційна платформа Moodle. Поряд із цією платформою активно застосовується також система відеоконференцій Zoom. Особливістю платформи Moodle є те, що вона для всіх студентів і викладачів передбачає створення особистих кабінетів. Також активно використовується платформа Сlassroom. Обмін інформацію між викладачами та студантам активно проходить за допомогою електронних пошт, платформи Viber тощо. Встановлено, що сьогодні організація освітнього процесу у ЗВО зазвичай відбувається у дистанційному режимі, то важливим є залучення здобувачів вищої освіти до використання засобів рухової активності в період війни. The article reveals the peculiarities of the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions under modern conditions caused by the war. It was determined that the organization of the educational process depends on the security situation in each settlement. The organization of the educational process during martial law in higher education institutions mainly involves distance learning. It was found that the organization of distance learning depends on many factors, such as the availability of material and technical base, ergonomic capabilities, social and psychological aspects, safety for teachers and students, and details of the activities of each higher education institution under martial law. It was determined that the head of the higher education institution should make it known that the creation of a safe environment for students of higher education and the entire staff of the higher education institution is his personal responsibility. The basis of the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions, in particular in chemical higher education institutions, during the period of martial law in Ukraine is the strategy of using electronic remote forms of interaction between students and teachers. It was found that the main tasks for the administration of higher education institutions are to ensure the safety and protection of students of higher education, teachers and staff in emergency situations and military operations, as well as the creation of effective continuing education courses. Under martial law, it is important to structure the educational process to address key issues of war, such as student mobility, unreliable Internet, and equipment and technology issues. Today, most higher education institutions, including chemical higher education institutions, use the Moodle remote platform to organize the educational process in wartime conditions. Along with this platform, the Zoom video conferencing system is also actively used. A feature of the Moodle platform is that it provides for the creation of personal offices for all students and teachers. The Сlassroom platform is also actively used. The exchange of information between teachers and students takes place actively using e-mails, the Viber platform, etc. It has been established that today the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions usually takes place in a remote mode, so it is important to involve students of higher education in the use of means of motor activity during the war.
