СУЧАСНІ ТРЕНДИ РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ЛІНГВОМЕТОДИКИ: ГЛОБАЛЬНИЙ І НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ ВИМІРИ

Abstract

Мета розвідки – визначення сучасних трендів розвитку української лінгвометодики на основі розуміння глобальних викликів, що вливають на трансформування освітньої системи. Для досягнення мети використано такі методи: аналіз наукових джерел і нормативних документів (постанов і розпоряджень Кабінету Міністрів України, концепцій, навчальних програм); теоретичне осмислення й узагальнення наукових засад досліджуваної проблеми; індуктивно-дедуктивний метод, абстрагування та ідеалізація у визначенні трендів розвитку національної лінгвометодики у 20-ті роки ХХІ ст. Результати дослідження. На визначення сучасних трендів в українській лінгвометодиці впливають чинники глобального характеру (наслідки пандемії коронавірусної хвороби, соціальні трансформації й масштабні потрясіння), національного (відповідність європейської та української освітніх систем рівневі технологічного розвитку; гібридна війна від 2014 р. й повномасштабна – від 2022 р., спотворена демографічна ситуація, освітня міграція й еміграція українців, зокрема здобувачів освіти і вчителів) характеру. Виокремлюємо п’ять трендів розвитку української лінгвометодики в сучасних реаліях: 1) трансформація української лінгвометодики; 2) міжпредметна інтеграція; 3) діджиталізація предметів мовно-літературної освітньої галузі; 4) упровадження норм нової редакції Українського правопису в шкільну мовну практику; 5) екс- пертне оцінювання (сертифікація) професійних компетентностей учителів. Висновки. Виокремлені в розвідці тренди розвитку української лінгвометодики в 20-ті роки ХХІ ст. спрямовано на розуміння сутності трансформаційних процесів, що відбуваються в останні п’ять років у шкільній мовній освіті. Дискусія про те, як ці трендові напрями впливають на навчання української мови підлітків покоління Альфа, дасть змогу вибрати ефективні методики, змоделювати нові підходи й технології навчання, що відповідатимуть потребам наступних п’яти-десяти років. Отже, йдеться, власне, не про вдосконалення, осучаснення чи реорганізацію освітньої системи, а про її трансформацію – якісні зміни «правил гри»: підходів, принципів, методів, прийомів і засобів навчання. The research aim is to define current trends in the development of Ukrainian linguistic methodology based on an understanding of global challenges that affect the transformation of the educational system. To achieve this aim, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific sources and normative documents (resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, concepts, educational programs); theoretical understanding and generalization of the scientific foundations of the problem under study; inductive and deductive methods, abstraction and idealization in determining trends in the development of national linguistic methodology in the 2020s. Research results. The definition of current trends in Ukrainian linguistic methodology is influenced by factors of a global nature (consequences of the coronavirus pandemic; social transformations and largescale upheavals) and of a national nature (compliance of the European and Ukrainian educational systems with the level of technological development; hybrid war – since 2014 and full-scale war since 2022; distorted demographic situation; educational migration and emigration of Ukrainians, in particular, students and teachers). The work identifies five trends in the development of Ukrainian linguistic methodology in modern reality: 1) transformation of Ukrainian linguistic methodology; 2) interdisciplinary integration; 3) digitalization of subjects of language and literary education; 4) introduction of norms of the new edition of Ukrainian Spelling in school language practice; 5) expert assessment (certification) of professional competencies of teachers. Conclusions. Trends in the development of Ukrainian linguistic methodology in the 2020s, highlighted in the study, are aimed at understanding the essence of the transformation processes that have been taking place in the last five years in school language education. The discussion about how these trends affect the teaching of the Ukrainian language to teenagers of the Alpha generation will allow us to choose effective methods, and model new approaches and technologies of teaching that will meet the needs of the next five to ten years. So, the study is in fact not about improving, modernizing, or reorganizing the educational system, but about its transformation, i.e. qualitative changes in the «game rules»: approaches, principles, methods, techniques and teaching tools.
