СУЧАСНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ В ДІАГНОСТИЦІ З ДИТЯЧИМ ЦЕРЕБРАЛЬНИМ ПАРАЛІЧЕМ НИЖНІХ КІНЦІВОК

Abstract

Дане дослідження має на меті охарактеризувати сучасні технології в діагностиці дітей з дитячим церебральним паралічем, визначити основні методи фізичної реабілітації при даній патології. Результати. У ході дослідження ми виявили, що сучасні науковці акцентують увагу на теоретико-методичних аспектах фізичної реабілітації дітей з ДЦП із застосуванням стандартних (лікувальна гімнастика, лікувальний масаж тощо) та сучасних методів фізичної реабілітації(Войта-терапія, Бобат-терапія, іпотерапія й ін.). Різноманітність форм і клінічних проявів дитячого церебрального паралічу вимагає диференційованого підходу до вибору та застосування сучасних методів фізичної реабілітації. Комплексне поєднання методів фізичної реабілітації у відновному лікуванні дітей з даним захворюванням дає набагато вищі результати та швидше сприяє відновленню рухових функцій. Висновки. Проведено комплексне вивчення різноманітних джерел літератури та інформації, що стосуються фізичної реабілітації дітей з діагнозом дитячий церебральний параліч. Завдяки набуттю основних життєвих навичок можна значно зменшити навантаження на опікунів, одночасно підвищуючи самовпевненість і самооцінку дитини. Існують численні сучасні та традиційні методи фізичної реабілітації дітей з церебральним паралічем, які довели свою високу ефективність у виправленні рухових порушень та сприянні оптимальній соціальній інтеграції. This study aims to characterize modern technologies in the diagnosis of children with cerebral palsy, to determine the main methods of physical rehabilitation for this pathology. The results. During the research, we discovered that modern scientists emphasize the theoretical and methodological aspects of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy using standard (therapeutic gymnastics, therapeutic massage, etc.) and modern methods of physical rehabilitation (Vojta therapy, Bobat therapy, hippotherapy, etc.). The variety of forms and clinical manifestations of childhood cerebral palsy requires a differentiated approach to the selection and application of modern methods of physical rehabilitation. A complex combination of physical rehabilitation methods in the restorative treatment of children with this disease gives much higher results and helps to restore motor functions faster. Conclusions. A comprehensive study of various sources of literature and information related to the physical rehabilitation of children diagnosed with cerebral palsy was conducted. By acquiring basic life skills, the burden on caregivers can be significantly reduced, while increasing the child's self-confidence and self-esteem. There are numerous modern and traditional methods of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, which have proven to be highly effective in correcting movement disorders and promoting optimal social integration.
