Стаття присвячена аналізу ефективності SWOT-аналізу. У роботі розглядаються його переваги, недоліки та обмеження, які впливають на прийняття стратегічних рішень. Автор досліджує вплив суб'єктивності оцінок, статичність методу та відсутність кількісної оцінки на результативність SWOT-аналізу. Стаття також акцентує увагу на необхідності подальших досліджень у сфері інтеграції SWOT-аналізу з новітніми технологіями та аналітичними системами. The article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the SWOT analysis.The work examines its advantages, disadvantages and limitations, which affect strategic decision-making.The authors investigate the impact of the subjectivity of assessments, the static nature of the method, and the lack of quantitative assessment on the effectiveness of the SWOT analysis.The article also emphasizes the need for further research in the field of integration of SWOT analysis with the latest technologies and analytical systems.
