ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ІМІДЖУ У МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ МАТЕМАТИКИ

Abstract

У статті уточнено теоретичні чинники формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів матема- тики. Проаналізовано погляди науковців і освітян на трактування понять "імідж", "професійний імідж", "професійний імідж вчителя", уточнено поняття "професійний імідж вчителя математики", "формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики". Розроблено і науково обґрунтовано структурно- функціональну модель формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики. Визначено ор- ганізаційно-педагогічні умови формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики. Встано- влено, що наявні організаційно-педагогічні умови та існуючі суперечності, будучи фоном, скріплюють її, є рушійною силою впливу на становлення та реалізацію зовнішніх, внутрішніх і процесуальних складових іміджу фахівця. На основі цієї моделі створено і доведено до реалізації методичну систему формування професійного іміджу майбутніх учителів математики, головною метою якої є вдосконалення здобувача освіти, забезпечення сприятливих умов для самореалізації та особистісного професійного розвитку. The article clarifies the theoretical factors of forming the professional image of future mathematics teachers. The views of scientists and educators on the interpretation of the concepts "image", "professional image", "profes- sional image of a teacher" were analyzed, the concepts "professional image of a mathematics teacher", "forming the professional image of future mathematics teachers" were specified. A structural-functional model of profes- sional image formation of future mathematics teachers has been developed and scientifically substantiated. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional image of future mathematics teach- ers have been determined. It has been established that existing organizational and pedagogical conditions and existing contradictions, being the background, consolidate it, are the driving force of influence on the formation and implementation of external, internal and procedural components of the specialist's image. Based on this model, a methodical system for forming the professional image of future mathematics teachers was created and imple- mented, the main goal of which is to improve the student of education, to provide favorable conditions for self- realization and personal professional development.
