УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ВОКАЛЬНО-ВИКОНАВСЬКОЇ МАЙСТЕРНОСТІ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ САМОАКТУАЛІЗАЦІЇ МАЙБУТНЬОГО ВЧИТЕЛЯ МУЗИЧНОГО МИСТЕЦТВА

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз проблем удосконалення вокально-виконавських умінь як елемента профе- сійної самоактуалізації майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва. У дослідженні автор використала методи теоретичного аналізу наукових джерел з проблематики професійної самоактуалізації майбут- ніх учителів музичного мистецтва, систематизації, узагальнення результатів аналізу та спостереження. Результати проведеної роботи дали змогу встановити, що на сучасному етапі розвитку українського суспільства, орієнтованого на гуманізацію, демократизацію освіти, проблемам саморозвитку, самови- раження, самореалізації особистості надають особливої уваги. Значний інтерес становить вивчення питання самоактуалізації особистості як прагнення повного саморозкриття, самовдосконалення потен ціалу індивіда. Автор статті зосереджує увагу на вивченні явища професійної самоактуалізації, її зна чення й ролі в структурі загальної самоактуалізації особистості. Установлено, що професійна самоакту алізація сприяє реалізації життєвого потенціалу, формуванню стимулів до безперервного саморозвитку й самовдосконалення фахівця, активізує психічні та фізичні сили людини, спрямовує їх у напрямі пов ного саморозкриття. У статті зазначається, що важливим елементом професійної самоактуалізації вчи теля музичного мистецтва є процес розвитку вокально-виконавської майстерності педагога. Майстерне використання вчителем власного співацького голосу на уроці є ефективним засобом формування музич ної культури, естетичних ідеалів учнів. Розвиненість вокального потенціалу майбутнього педагога-му зиканта, сформованість складного комплексу вокально-технічних, вокально-слухових, художньо-вико навських умінь і навичок, обізнаність із науково-методичними засадами постановки співацького голосу сприяє професійному самовиявленню педагога, реалізації його педагогічного потенціалу. Висновки. Удосконалення вокально-виконавської майстерності майбутнього вчителя музичного мистецтва є важ ливим елементом його професійної самоактуалізації, саморозкриття професійного потенціалу The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the problems of improving vocal and performing skills as an element of professional self-actualization of the future music teacher. In the research, the author used the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific sources on the issue of professional self-actualization of future music teachers, systematization, generalization of the results of analysis and observation. The results of the work have allowed us to establish that at the current stage of development of Ukrainian society, oriented towards humanization, democratization of education, special attention is paid to the problems of self-development, self-expression, and self-realization of the individual. Of considerable interest is the study of the issue of self actualization of the individual, as the desire for complete self-disclosure, self-improvement of the individual’s potential. The author of the article focuses on the study of the phenomenon of professional self-actualization, its meaning and role in the structure of the general self-actualization of the individual. It has been established that professional self-actualization contributes to the realization of life potentials, the formation of incentives for continuous self-development and self-improvement of a specialist, activates the mental and physical forces of a person, directs them towards complete self-disclosure. The article notes that an important element of the professional self-actualization of a music teacher is the process of developing the teacher’s vocal and performing skills. The skillful use of a teacher’s own singing voice in class is an effective means of forming musical culture and aesthetic ideals of students. The development of the vocal potential of a future teacher-musician, the formation of a complex complex of vocal-technical, vocal-aural, artistic-performing skills and abilities, familiarity with the scientific and methodological principles of producing a singing voice contribute to the professional self-discovery of a teacher and the realization of his pedagogical potential. Conclusions. Improving the vocal-performing skills of a future teacher of musical art is an important element of his professional self-actualization and self-disclosure of his own professional potential
