ПРОФЕСІОГРАФІЧНИЙ ПІДХІД ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ФАХОВОЇ ТЕРМІНОЛОГІЇ МАЙБУТНІХ ЮРИСТІВ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено проблемі вивчення майбутніми юристами фахової термінології на заняттях з курсу «Українська мова (за професійним спрямуванням)». Аналіз підручників з української мови для юридичних спеціальностей виявив безпосередній взаємозв’язок між українськомовними фаховими текстами та змістом навчальної літератури з юридичних дисциплін. Здійснено відбір професіографічної інформації про основні характеристики праці юристів. Обґрунтовано професіографічні критерії відбору української фахової термінології щодо юридичної праці. Описано результати використання професіографічних критеріїв для відбору фахової термінології на заняттях з української мови для юридичних спеціальностей. Статья посвящена проблеме изучения будущими юристами профессиональной терминологии на занятиях по курсу «Украинский язык (профессиональной направленности)». Анализ учебников по украинскому языку для юридических специальностей выявил непосредственную взаимосвязь между украинскоязычными профессиональными текстами и содержанием учебной литературы по юридическим дисциплинам. Осуществлен отбор профессиографической информации об основных характеристиках работы юристов. Обоснованы профессиографические критерии отбора украинской профессиональной терминологии касательно юридической работы. Описаны результаты использования профессиографических критериев для отбора профессиональной терминологии на занятиях по украинскому языку для юридических специальностей. The article is devoted to the problem of studying the professional terminology by future lawyers on lessons of the discipline «Ukrainian language (of professional orientation) ». Analysis of textbooks of the Ukrainian language for the legal professions has revealed a direct interconnection between the Ukrainian professional texts and the content of textbooks on legal disciplines. The author carried out a selection of the professiographical information on main structural components of the legal profession. The professiographical information reflects technological, psychological, physiological, social and economic characteristics of the legal work. The author substantiated five groups of professiographical criterions for the selection of Ukrainian professional terms on legal work. The first group of criterions characterize professional terms for the description of lawyers as subjects of labor. The second group of criterions describes professional terms about the objects of legal work. These terms characterize individuals or groups of persons in need of legal assistance. The third group of criterions reflects professional terms about the content of the legal work. The fourth group of criterions concerns professional terms about the social and economic conditions of legal work. These five groups of criterions represent all professional terms that are most often used by lawyers of different specialties in the course of performance of daily work. The article describes effective results of the use of criteria for the selection of professional terminology in lessons of the Ukrainian language for future lawyers.
