Abstract:
В роботі запропоновано спосіб підвищення ефективності роботи вирубувальних пресів легкої
промисловості. Вдосконалено механізм повороту ударника електрогідравлічного пресового обладнання.
Проведені експериментальні дослідження дозволили встановити, що вдосконалений механізм повороту
ударника сприяє зменшенню енергоспоживання та перевантаження пресів з частковим покращенням якості
вирубаних деталей. Abstract – The aim of article is increase of efficiency work of electro-hydraulic press equipment of light industry due to perfection of
mechanism of turn shock-worker.
For realization of experimental researches on the base of press PVG-8-2-0 the row of structural changes is executed. On the basis of
conducted researches the graphic dependences of change power N, which is consumed by electro-hydraulic press equipment and the pressure of oil in
the system Р from time of his work t, are built. In accordance with the obtained data received dependences that are typical for each areas of process of
cutting. The analysis of results of the conducted experiments allowed to set influence of mechanism of turn shock-worker on a dynamics and
efficiency of work of cutting presses during implementation of technological operation of cutting.
It is set that the hand turn of shock-worker assists reduction of energy consumption on 26% comparatively with an existent equipment and
overload of cutting presses with the partial improvement of quality of the cut down details.
