Abstract

Автор статті досліджує проблему функціонального значення знаків античної культури у поезії В.Іванова (цикл «Гесперіди»). Вказано основні міфологічні та реальні історичні постаті, імена яких письменник згадує у своїх творах з метою повніше розкрити основну тему своєї творчої діяльності - тему поета і поезії. The author of the article investigates the problem of the functional significance of the antique culture symbols in V.Ivanov’s poetry (the cycle “Hesperides”). The main mythological and real historic figures whose names are used by the writer in his works in order to reveal the main theme of his creative activity - the theme of poet and poetry - are pointed out.
