Abstract:
Досліджено вплив різних форм рухової активності на фізичне здоров’я підлітків.
Дослідження проводилися протягом 2015-2016 рр., в якому взяли участь учні 8-9 класів ЗОШ
№ 31, 34, 52 м. Херсона та ЗОШ № 2 села Велика Лепетиха Херсонської області.
Результати дослідження свідчать, що структура добової рухової активності підлітків
складається з базового режиму (8,53±0,013 – 8,31±0,038 год.), сидячого (5,64±0,029 –
6,31±0,053 год.), низького (6,88±0,042 – 6,36±0,042 год.), середнього (2,43±0,036 – 2,77±0,054 год.),
і високого (0,35±0,046 – 0,47±0,049 год.). Встановлено, що тренувальний ефект має лише
високий рівень рухової активності, до якого належать організовані фізкультурні заняття й
інтенсивні спортивні та рухливі ігри. Водночас цей компонент рухової активності наявний у
переважній більшості підлітків лише у вигляді обов’язкових уроків фізичної культури. The influence of various forms of physical activity on physical health of adolescents. The
study was conducted during 2015 -2016, in which took part pupils of 8-9 classes of school № 31,

level of dependency in pupils of the 8th class school № 34 of Kherson shows that between the

revealed a weak positive relationship and between the components (physical activity + Shuttle run,
