КОНСТИТУЦІЙНИЙ ПРОЦЕС В УКРАЇНІ: ІСТОРІЯ ТА СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена детальному розгляду тенденцій розвитку конституційного процесу після здобуття незалежності України та в умовах сучасності, обравши європейський та євроатлантичний вектор спрямування, базуючись нормативними напрацюваннями. В ході роботи було охарактеризовано період передумов становлення та розвитку конституційного процесу після здобуття незалежності України (1990-2006 роки); висвітлено подальший період розвитку конституційного процесу в умовах підготовки проєктів нової Конституції України та змін до конституційного ладу (2007-2013 роки); проаналізовано період сучасного розвитку конституційного процесу в умовах європейського та євроатлантичного курсу України (2014-2021 роки). The qualifying work is dedicated detailed consideration of trends in the development of the constitutional process after the independence of Ukraine and in modern times, choosing the European and Euro-Atlantic vector of direction, based on regulatory developments. In the course of work was characterized period of preconditions for the formation and development of the constitutional process after Ukraine's independence (1990-2006); highlighted further period of development of the constitutional process in the conditions of preparation of drafts of the new Constitution of Ukraine and changes to the constitutional order (2007-2013); analyzed period of modern development of the constitutional process in the European and Euro-Atlantic course of Ukraine (2014-2021).
