ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВПЛИВУ ШВИДКОСТІ СЕНСОМОТОРНИХ РЕАКЦІЙ НА ТЕХНІКО-ТАКТИЧНУ ПІДГОТОВЛЕНІСТЬ ЮНИХ ФУТБОЛІСТІВ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню впливу швидкості сенсомоторних реакцій на техніко-тактичну підготовленість юних футболістів. Виявлено, що за всіма показниками, які використовувалися для оцінки швидкості реакції відносно кращими результатами характеризувалися футболісти старшої за віком групи. Це можна пояснити кращою у цьому віці налагодженістю роботи різних ланок рухового аналізатора, зокрема сенсорних, м’язової та центральної нервової систем, що є відповідальними за розвиток та перебіг швидкісних характеристик людини. В результаті дослідження взаємозалежності між швидкістю реагування та техніко-тактичної підготовленості юних футболістів можна зробити заключення, що футболістам обох вікових груп, яким властиві високий та середній рівень швидкості реагування, в цілому, характерні відносно кращі результати оволодіння техніко-тактичними діями. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the influence of the speed of sensorimotor reactions on the technical and tactical readiness of young football players. It was found that all the indicators used to assess the speed of reaction were characterized by relatively better results of players in the older group. This can be explained by the better at this age the functioning of the various parts of the motor analyzer, including sensory, muscular and central nervous systems, which are responsible for the development and course of human speed. As a result of studying the relationship between response speed and technical and tactical training of young players, it can be concluded that players of both age groups, which have a high and medium level of response speed, in general, have relatively better results of technical and tactical actions.
