НОТАРІАЛЬНА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ В УКРАЇНІ : АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВІ АСПЕКТИ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена науковому аналізу проблем, пов'язаних із адміністративно-правовим аспектом здійснення нотаріальної діяльності. В ході роботи було охарактеризовано історію становлення та розвитку нотаріальної діяльності в Україні; проаналізовано адміністративно-правовий порядок набуття правового статусу нотаріуса в Україні; досліджено поняття та зміст адміністративно-правового статусу нотаріальних органів в Україні; визначено особливості юридичної відповідальності нотаріусів; досліджено міжнародний досвід адміністративно-правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності та окреслено недоліки та перспективи вдосконалення адміністративно-правового регулювання нотаріальної діяльності в Україні. The gualification work is devoted to the scientific analysis of problems related to the administrative and legal aspect of notarial activities. In the course of the work the history of formation and development of notarial activity in Ukraine was characterized; the concept, features and structure of notarial activity in Ukraine are revealed; the administrative and legal procedure for acquiring the legal status of a notary in Ukraine is analyzed; the concept and content of the administrative and legal status of notarial bodies in Ukraine are studied; features of legal responsibility of notaries are defined; the international experience of administrative and legal regulation of notarial activity is investigated and the shortcomings and prospects of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of notarial activity in Ukraine are outlined.
