ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ТА ПЕРЕПІДГОТОВКИ КЕРІВНИКІВ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ

Abstract

Мета роботи – виявити особливості і визначити провідні тенденції модернізації системи управління шкільними закладами, як в Європейських країнах, так і в Україні; перевірити можливості використання цього досвіду для практичної реалізації завдань реформування управління закладами освіти відповідно до законів України «Про вищу освіту» (2014), «Про освіту» (2017); досліджувати проблемні питання розвитку освітнього менеджменту в Україні та світі і перспективи розвитку сучасного менеджменту в галузі освіти, розробляти технологію вивчення основ управління навчальних закладів різного типу і рівня. Спираючись на наукові надбання вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених, на досвід керівників новаторських закладів освіти, визначати теоретичні засади сучасного освітнього менеджменту та перевірити їх у практичній діяльності управлінських структур в сфері освіти. У процесі виконання наукової роботи вивчено сучасну наукову літературу в галузі педагогічних, економічних, психологічних наук з питань підготовки менеджерів освіти. Провідне місце при роботі над визначеною теми посідали питання дослідження практики управління авторськими школами крізь призму історичної перспективи, розглядалися сучасні інноваційні моделі управління закладом освіти, що дало змогу описати нормативну структурно-функціональну модель закладом освіти. Відповідно до цієї моделі з метою її успішного функціонування обґрунтовано систему підготовки управлінських кадрів за авторською програмою. Результати дослідження висвітлено у 53-х публікаціях. The purpose of the work is to identify the features and determine the leading trends in the modernization of the management system of school institutions, both in European countries and in Ukraine; check the possibilities of using this experience for the practical implementation of the tasks of reforming the management of educational institutions in accordance with the laws of Ukraine «On Higher Education» (2014), «On Education» (2017); to investigate the problematic issues of the development of educational management in Ukraine and the world and the prospects for the development of modern management in the field of education, to develop a technology for studying the basics of management of educational institutions of various types and levels. Relying on the scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, on the experience of leaders of innovative educational institutions, determine the theoretical foundations of modern educational management and test them in the practical activities of management structures in the field of education. In the process of carrying out scientific work, modern scientific literature in the field of pedagogical, economic, psychological sciences on the training of education managers was studied. The leading place in the work on the specified topic was occupied by the question of researching the practice of managing author's schools through the prism of a historical perspective, modern innovative models of management of an educational institution were considered, which made it possible to describe a normative structural and functional model of an educational institution. In accordance with this model, with the aim of its successful operation, the system of training management personnel according to the author's program is substantiated. The results of the research are covered in 53 publications.
