РІД RINODINA У ФЛОРІ ХЕРСОНЩИНИ

Abstract

В роботі наведено відомості про історію вивчення роду Rinodina та його сучасну таксономічну структуру. Узагальнено специфіку природних умов Херсонщини та встановлено, що вони є не сприятливими для поширення лишайників роду Rinodina, на що вказує незначна репрезентативність видів. Встановлено, що гербарій Херсонського державного університету був заснований у 1945 р. На сьогодні він нараховує 25 500 одиниць зберігання, з них 12 000 зразків судинних рослин, 1 500 зразків мохоподібних, 12 000 зразків лишайників. Освоєно методику роботи із ліхенологічними зразками, починаючи з етапу збору зразку в природі і закінчуючи етапом формування цифрової бази даних зразків. Досліджено видовий склад роду Rinodina у ліхенологічному гербарії Херсонського державного університету, що налічує 47 зразків роду Rinodina, які відносяться до 17 різних видів. Систематизовано відомості щодо морфології та екології роду Rinodina у флорі Херсонщини. Встановлено, що для території Херсонської області наводять шість таксонів, які відносяться до роду Rinodina. The paper provides information on the history of the study of the genus Rinodina and its modern taxonomic structure. The specifics of natural conditions of Kherson region are generalized and it is established that they are not favorable for the distribution of lichens of the genus Rinodina, which is indicated by the insignificant representativeness of the species. It is established that the herbarium of Kherson State University was founded in 1945. Today it has 25,500 storage units, including 12,000 specimens of vascular plants, 1,500 specimens of mosses, 12,000 specimens of lichens. The method of working with lichenological samples has been mastered, starting from the stage of sample collection in nature and ending with the stage of forming a digital database of samples. The species composition of the genus Rinodina was studied in the lichenological herbarium of Kherson State University, which has 47 specimens of the genus Rinodina, which belong to 17 different species. Information on the morphology and ecology of the genus Rinodina in the flora of Kherson region is systematized. It is established that for the territory of the Kherson region there are six taxa belonging to the genus Rinodina.
