ВЕГЕТАТИВНИЙ СТАТУС СТУДЕНТІВ ВИПУСКНОГО КУРСУ

Abstract

Навчання у закладі вищої освіти є фактором, який впливає на фізіологічний та психологічний стан людини. Психоемоційне напруження, є постійним супутником будь-якої діяльності людини, яка передбачає оцінювання, виконання певних завдань та роботу в умовах дефіциту часу. Отримані експериментальні відомості доцільно застосувати у освітньому процесі Херсонського державного університету при викладання курсів «Гігієна», «Методика викладання основ здоров’я», «Вікова фізіологія і валеологія». Також матеріали і методики кваліфікаційної роботи доцільно використовувати у шкільному курсі біології 8 класу як прості та інформаційні дослідження показників стану здоров’я учасників освітнього процесу. Studying in a higher education institution is a factor that affects the physiological and psychological state of a person. Psycho-emotional stress is a constant companion of any human activity, which involves assessment, performance of certain tasks and work in a shortage of time. The obtained experimental information should be used in the educational process of Kherson State University in teaching courses "Hygiene", "Methods of teaching the basics of health", "Age physiology and valeology". It is also advisable to use the materials and methods of qualification work in the school course of biology of the 8th grade as a simple and informative research of the indicators of the state of health of the participants of the educational process.
