СИСТЕМА СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ РОБОТИ З ДІТЬМИ І ПІДЛІТКАМИ, СХИЛЬНИМИ ДО АГРЕСІЇ

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто особливості системи роботи соціального педагога з дітьми і підлітками, схильними до агресії. Проаналізовано ступінь дослідженості проблеми агресивної поведінки у сучасній науковій літературі. Розкрито особливості форм прояву агресії у дітей і підлітків. Визначено основні фактори, які впливають на розвиток дитячої агресивності. Розглянуто технологію профілактики агресивної поведінки дітей і підлітків. З’ясовано, що профілактичний вплив буде ефективним тільки в тому випадку, якщо проблема буде адекватно сприйматися, а соціальні педагоги і психологи підберуть і використовуватимуть доцільні методи та засоби профілактичної роботи на різних рівнях. Розглянуто організаційні форми профілактичної роботи, зокрема, профілактичний захід і профілактична програма. Проаналізовано технології нейтралізації агресивних проявів у дітей і підлітків. Це дало змогу здійснити теоретичне узагальнення педагогічних умов нейтралізації агресивних проявів у дітей і підлітків в соціально-виховному середовищі сім’ї і загальноосвітньої школи. Охарактеризовано профілактичну програму навчального закладу з попередження агресії школярів «Модель профілактики булінгу в дитячому середовищі». In the work the features of the system of work of the social pedagogue with children and teenagers prone to aggression are considered. The degree of studying the problem of aggressive behavior in modern scientific literature is analyzed. The features of forms of aggression in children and teenagers are revealed. The main factors affecting the development of child aggression have been identified. The technology of prevention of aggressive behavior of children and teenagers is considered. It has been established that preventive effects will only be effective if the problem is adequately understood and social educators and psychologists will select and use appropriate prevention methods and tools at different levels. The organizational forms of preventive work, in particular, the preventive measure and the preventive program are considered. Technologies for neutralizing aggressive manifestations in children and teenagers are analyzed. This allowed a theoretical generalization of pedagogical conditions for neutralizing aggressive manifestations in children and adolescents in the social and educational environment of the family and general education school. In the work describes the educational institution's preventive program to prevent schoolchildren's aggression "Model of bullying prevention in children's environment".
