СОЦІАЛЬНІ ОЧІКУВАННЯ ОСІБ ЮНАЦЬКОГО ВІКУ ЩОДО БАЖАНОЇ ПРОФЕСІЇ

Abstract

Метою наукової роботи є визначення впливу психологічних закономірностей, формування соціальних очікувань осіб юнацького віку, регуляція процесу професійного самовизначення та оптимізація процесів вибору бажаної професії та подальшого опанування особами юнацького віку.В роботі здійснено теоретико – методологічне обґрунтування соціальних очікувань осіб юнацького віку щодо бажаної професії. Встановлено, що на основі існуючих знань про майбутню професійну ситуацію, власних знань, вмінь, захоплень, очікувань, рівень вмотивованості особистості здобувати професійні здібності та навички, складаються актуальні уявлення щодо майбутньої професійної діяльності, ставлення до неї та на цій основі особистість формує наміри, установки, поведінкові стратегії фахівця. Теоретично обґрунтовано, що реалізація соціальних очікувань особистості, конструювання моделі очікуваного майбутнього − властивості соціальних очікувань особистості. Визначено, що роль соціальних очікувань осіб юнацького віку спрямовані на професійну діяльність, прихильність до професійної галузі на поведінковому рівні визначають наявністю вмінь створювати загальний стратегічний професійний план, визначати умови його реалізації, розробляти варіанти плану професійного розвитку, вибирати відповідні технології, розподіляти дії протягом часу тощо. Визначено умови, за яких відбувається формування соціальних очікувань юнаків й конструювання моделі очікуваного професійного майбутнього. Зазначено, що модель очікуваного майбутнього здатна репрезентувати соціально – психологічну реальність. Наголошено, що через модель очікуваного майбутнього особистість не тільки конструює своє майбутнє, а й впливає на соціально – психологічну реальність. Purpose of research to determine the impact of psychological regularities of formation of social expectations of teenagers, the regulation of the process of professional self-determination and optimization of the process of choosing the desired profession and the subsequent development of persons of youthful age. In the thesis work carried out theoretical and methodological substantiation of social expectations of teenagers in the desired profession. It is established that on the basis of existing knowledge about future professional situation, their own knowledge, skills, seaplane, expectations, level of motivation of the individual to acquire professional abilities and skills, relevant emerging ideas about the future professional activity, attitude to it and on this basis, the person forms intentions, attitudes, behavioral strategy of the expert. It is theoretically proved that the implementation of the social expectations of personality, constructing a model of the expected future characteristics of social expectations of the individual. It is determined that the role of social expectations of teenagers is aimed at professional activities, commitment to the professional industry at the behavioral level is determined by the presence of the ability to produce professional overall strategic plan, to determine the conditions of its implementation, to develop options for a plan of professional development, choose appropriate technologies, to distribute the actions across time and the like. The conditions are determined under which the formation of social expectations of boys and the construction of the model expected professional future. Provided that the model expected the future to be able to imagine the socio – psychological reality.
