РОЗВИТОК ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ РАДЯНСЬКОЇ УКРАЇНИ 1929-1939 РР.

Abstract

Метою роботи є вивчення реалізації стратегії прискореної індустріальної модернізації радянської України. Здійснено характеристику процесу оформлення концептуальних засад індустріалізації в їх політичних та ідеологічних нормах, а також особливостей управлінської стратегії та правового забезпечення програми індустріалізації. В роботі визначено характер розгортання та реалізації індустріалізації радянської України та відтворено цілісну картину реалізації перших п’ятирічних планів на місцях в специфічних умови та розбудови провідних індустріальних галузей народного господарства. Методологія дослідження. У процесі дослідження застосовувалися загальнонаукові та спеціально-історичні методи джерельної та архівної евристики, наукової критики джерел, дипломатичного, текстологічного, герменевтичного аналізу. Висновки. У ході індустріалізації України було сформовано нові галузі та розвинуто старі, було збудовано низку індустріальних супергігантів, налагоджено виробництво унікальної техніки та устаткування, нарощено енергетичний та сировинний потенціал. Це перетворило республіку в найпотужніший регіон Радянського Союзу, а Донецько-Дніпровський промисловий регіон у головний економічний ресурс індустріального розвитку і України, і Радянського Союзу. / The aim of the work is to study the implementation of the strategy of accelerated industrial modernization of Soviet Ukraine. The process of registration of conceptual bases of industrialization in their political and ideological norms, and also features of administrative strategy and legal maintenance of the program of industrialization is characterized. The paper identifies the nature of the deployment and implementation of industrialization of Soviet Ukraine and reproduces a holistic picture of the implementation of the first five-year plans on the ground in specific conditions and the development of leading industrial sectors of the economy. Research methodology. In the process of research general scientific and special-historical methods of source and archival heuristics, scientific criticism of sources, diplomatic, textual, hermeneutic analysis were used. Conclusions. In the course of Ukraine's industrialization, new industries were formed and old ones developed, a number of industrial supergiants were built, the production of unique machinery and equipment was established, and energy and raw material potential was increased. This turned the republic into the most powerful region of the Soviet Union, and the Donetsk-Dnieper industrial region into the main economic resource of industrial development of both Ukraine and the Soviet Union.
