ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ БІБЛІОТЕК НА УКРАЇНСЬКИХ ЗЕМЛЯХ (ХІХ–ХХ СТ.)

Abstract

У роботі розповідається про становлення та особливості розвитку бібліотечної справи на території України періоду XIX –XX ст. Відображено поширення бібліотечної мережі на українських землях у ХІХ – в п.п. ХХ ст., зосереджено увагу на основних особливостях та тенденціях становлення бібліотечного життя на українських землях, на їх помітному поширенні у галузі бібліотечної мережі, описано становище, розвиток та функціонування бібліотек України, яка входила до складу двох держав – Російської імперії та Австро-Угорщини. Чітко окреслено зміни, які відбувалися в бібліотечній справі в період Другої світової війни, адже це трагічна та сумна сторінка щодо втрат бібліотечного фонду України, яка характеризувалася масштабними руйнаціями книгосховищ, що залишилися на окупованій території, та їх фондів, вивезення їх за межі території країни, внаслідок чого руйнувалася усталена структура джерельної та книжкової бази. Описано, як відбувається звільнення українських територій від німецьких окупантів та становище бібліотек після їх відходу, яким чином бібліотеки починають відновлювати роботу. Дана оцінка змінам, які відбувалися у бібліотеках у др.половині ХХ ст. та періоду Незалежності. Досліджено залучення інноваційних форм та методів у розвиток бібліотечної мережі Херсонської обласної бібліотеки ім. О.Гончара та звісно неабиякий їх вплив на покращення функціонування бібліотеки та її осучаснення, що послугувало в майбутньому залученням широких мас населення до здобуття знань та удосконалення змісту діяльності бібліотеки. У джерельній базі роботи були зосереджені та представлені матеріали робіт, як бібліотекознавців, так і істориків, які займалися вивченням даної проблеми, зокрема важлива та цінна частина інформації дослідження зберігається в енциклопедіях та архівних матеріалах, що були залучені до вивчення проблеми та дали нам змогу повноцінно дослідити обрану тему.

Annotation The work tells about the formation and features of the development of library work in Ukraine in the period XIX -XX centuries. The distribution of the library network in the Ukrainian lands in the XIX - in p.p. XX century, focuses on the main features and trends of library life in the Ukrainian lands, their significant spread in the library network, describes the position, development and operation of libraries in Ukraine, which was part of two states - the Russian Empire and Austria-Hungary. The changes that took place in the library business during the Second World War are clearly outlined, as this is a tragic and sad page about the loss of the library fund of Ukraine, which was characterized by large-scale destruction of bookstores left in the occupied territory and their funds. as a result, the established structure of the source and book base was destroyed. It describes how the liberation of Ukrainian territories from the German occupiers and the situation of libraries after their departure, how libraries begin to resume work. An assessment of the changes that took place in libraries in the second half of the twentieth century. and the period of Independence. The involvement of innovative forms and methods in the development of the library network of the Kherson regional library named after O. Honchar and, of course, their considerable influence on the improvement of the functioning of the library and its modernization, which in the future served to involve the general public in the acquisition of knowledge and improvement of the content of the library. In the source base of the work were concentrated and presented materials of works of both librarians and historians who studied this problem, in particular an important and valuable piece of research information is stored in encyclopedias and archival materials that were involved in studying the problem and allowed us to fully explore selected topic.
