ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ТА ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ОРГАНІВ ПРОКУРАТУРИ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу діючої практики системи і структури організації діяльності органів прокуратури України. Розкрито теоретико-гіравові засади організації та діяльності органів прокуратури. Проаналізовано історичні етани становлення системи органів прокуратури та діяльність органів прокуратури як одного із спеціальних суб’єктів боротьби з корупцією Визначено загальні принципи, за якими функціонують органи прокуратури. Проаналізовано та співвіднесено зарубіжний досвід організації та роботи органів прокуратури, визначено основні кроки для покращення роботи органів прокуратури в Україні. The qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the current practice of the system and structure of the organization of activity of bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine. Theoretical and legal bases of the organization and activity of prosecutor's offices are revealed. The historical stages of the formation of the system of prosecutorial bodies and the activity of prosecutorial bodies as one of the special subjects of the fight against corruption are analyzed. The general principles according to which the prosecutor's offices operate are defined. The foreign experience of the organization and work of prosecutor's offices is analyzed and correlated, the basic steps for improvement of work of prosecutor's offices in Ukraine are defined.
