ПСИХІЧНЕ ЗДОРОВ’Я ЯК ФАКТОР УСПІШНОЇ САМОРЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЖІНОК РІЗНОГО ВІКУ

Abstract

Метою даної роботи є здійснення теоретичного визначення та емпіричного дослідження психічного здоров’я як фактора успішної самореалізації у жінок різного віку. Для досягнення поставленої мети було проведено емпіричне дослідження особливостей психічного здоров’я та показників успішної самореалізації жінок різного віку. На основі отриманих даних встановлено взаємозв’язок між психічним здоров’ям та показниками самореалізації жінок різного віку. Дана робота складається з двох розділів. Перший розділ містить результати теоретичного дослідження і узагальнення, раніше дослідженого матеріалу у працях вітчизняних та зарубіжних науковців. У другому розділі наведено результати власного емпіричного дослідження (60 досліджуваних, з них 30 жінок раннього дорослого віку, віком від 22 до 25 років та 30 жінок середнього дорослого віку, віком від 30 до 40 років). На підставі проведеного дослідження виявлено, що показники психічного здоров’я виступають чинниками успішної самореалізації жінок різного віку. Особливості психічного здоров’я (а саме виразність показників особистісного компоненту психічного здоров’я) жінок раннього дорослого віку у більшій мірі пов’язані з особливостями їх професійної самореалізації, а жінок середнього дорослого віку (інтелектуальний та емоційний компоненти психічного здоров’я) у більшій мірі з показниками самоактуалізації. Матеріалом для досліджування став синтез діагностичного інструментарію завдяки якому стало можливим перевірити гіпотезу щодо розбіжностей характеру взаємозв’язку між психічним здоров’ям та показниками успішної самореалізації у жінок різного віку. In order to achieve the delivered meta, an empirical advancement of the peculiarities of mental health and indicators of the successful self-realization of women of the child was carried out. Peculiarities of mental health (and the most variability of indicators in the special component of mental health) of women of an early adult age in the larger world is connected with the peculiarities of their professional self-realization, as well as of the middle age world with indicators of self-actualization. The material for the prelude to becoming a synthesis of diagnostic tools is that it has become possible to reconsider the hypothesis of the development of the character in connection with mental health and indicators of successful self-realization in women.
