Методика викладання сучасних досягнень біотехнології на уроках біології

Abstract

У результаті дослідження проаналізовано особливості викладання нової шкільної програми з біології та розділу «Біотехнології». Досліджено можливості використання в шкільному курсі біології дослідів з використанням методу культури клітин, на прикладі дослідження біологічного впливу нікотинової кислоти на культуру дріжджів Saccharomyces cerevisiae. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of teaching a new school program in biology and the section "Biotechnology" were analyzed. The possibilities of using experiments in the school course of biology using the method of cell culture, on the example of the study of the biological effect of nicotinic acid on the culture of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
