Механізми стимулювання економічного розвитку регіонів України

Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні основи економічного розвитку регіонів у сучасних умовах функціонування. Визначено особливості формування механізму стимулювання економічного розвитку регіонів. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід залучення іноземних інвестицій для забезпечення економічного розвитку регіонів. Досліджено сучасні підходи до оцінювання розвитку адміністративно-територіальних одиниць. Виявлено основні недоліки та переваги впровадження сучасних методів аналізу розвитку територій. Визначено основні механізми стимулювання економічного розвитку регіонів України. Обґрунтовано доцільність запровадження методики оцінювання як основи залучення інвестиційних ресурсів в економіку регіону. The theoretical bases of economic development of regions in modern conditions of functioning are investigated. Peculiarities of formation of the mechanism of stimulation of economic development of regions are defined. The international experience of attracting foreign investments to ensure the economic development of the regions is analyzed. Modern approaches to assessing the development of administrative-territorial units are studied. The main shortcomings and advantages of introduction of modern methods of the analysis of development of territories are revealed. The main mechanisms of stimulating the economic development of the regions of Ukraine are determined. The expediency of introducing evaluation methods as a basis for attracting investment resources into the region's economy is substantiated.
