Робота з людиною як ресурсом на підприємстві починається з професійної адаптації. Від того, наскільки ефективно організований цей процес, залежить результативність подальшої роботи і можливість реалізації здібностей як самого співробітника, так і досягнення цілей організації в складних умовах сучасного економічного розвитку. Часто на практиці цьому питанню не приділяється належної уваги, що впливає на якісні характеристики персоналу, соціально-психологічний клімат в колективі, рівень прибутковості. Адже, чим швидше працівник адаптується до робочого процесу і колективу, тим скоріше він принесе користь самому підприємству. Тому дослідження професійної адаптації працівників в сучасному бізнес-просторі є важливим і актуальним. Working with a person as a resource in the enterprise begins with professional adaptation. The effectiveness of further work and the possibility of realizing the abilities of both the employee and achieving the goals of the organization in the difficult conditions of modern economic development depend on how effectively this process is organized. Often in practice, this issue is not given due attention, which affects the qualitative characteristics of staff, socio-psychological climate in the team, the level of profitability. After all, the sooner an employee adapts to the work process and the team, the sooner he will benefit the company itself. Therefore, the study of professional adaptation of employees in the modern business space is important and relevant.
