ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВЗАЄМОЗВ'ЯЗКУ ГЕНДЕРНОЇ ІДЕНТИФІКАЦІЇ ТА МОТИВАЦІЇ ДО УСПІХУ У ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

Метою даної роботи є вивчення впливу гендерної ідентифікації та мотивації до успіху на життя військовослужбовців. Для цього було вивчено та проаналізовано теоретичну частину, та проведено дослідження у емпіричній частині. Дослідження складалося з двох методик, які були орієнтовані на вивчення гендерної ідентичності, оцінку сили прагнення до досягнення мети, до успіху. Дана робота складається з двох розділів. В першому розділі розглянуті узагальнення думок та знань авторів, які займалися вивченням особливостей взаємозв’язку гендерної ідентифікації та мотивації до успіху у військовослужбовців. Також розглянуті поняття «гендерна ідентифікація» та «мотивація». У другому розділі наведені результати емпіричного дослідження вибірки досліджуваних (60 респондентів чоловічої статі, віком від 22 до 45 років.). Після проведення дослідження, вивчивши рівень мотивації до успіху, ми визначили, що 27% досліджуваних мають низьку мотивацію до успіху, 42% респондентів володіють помірним рівнем мотивації до успіху, 31% осіб мають високий рівень мотивації до успіху, у 37% досліджуваних наявна дифузна ідентичність, 25% респондентів з досягнутою ідентичністю. Провівши емпіричне дослідження взаємозв’язку гендерної ідентифікації та мотивації до успіху у військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України, було виявлено такі кореляційні зв’язки: «Помірний рівень мотивації до успіху» та «Мораторій», «Високий рівень мотивації до успіху» та «Досягнута ідентичність» й «Низький рівень мотивації до успіху» та «Дифузна ідентичність». У дослідженні були застосовані такі матеріали: аналіз опитувальників та методик, завдяки яким стало можливим виявити вплив гендерної ідентифікації та мотивації до успіху на життя військовослужбовців. The aim of this paper is to study the impact of gender identification and motivation for success on the lives of servicemen. To do this, the theoretical part was studied and analyzed, and research was conducted in the empirical part. The study consisted of two methods that focused on the study of gender identity, assessing the strength of the desire to achieve a goal, to succeed. This work consists of two sections. In the first section the generalizations of thoughts and knowledge of the authors who were engaged in studying of features are considered the relationship between gender identification and motivation to succeed in the military. The concepts of "gender identification" and "motivation" are also considered. The second section presents the results of an empirical study of the sample (60 male respondents, aged 22 to 45 years.). After conducting a study, studying the level of motivation to succeed, we found that 27% of respondents have low motivation to succeed, 42% of respondents have a moderate level of motivation to succeed, 31% have a high level of motivation to succeed, 37% have diffuse identity, 25% of respondents with an achieved identity. An empirical study of the relationship between gender identification and motivation to succeed in the Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed the following correlations: "Moderate motivation to succeed" and "Moratorium", "High level of motivation to succeed" and "Achieved identity" and "Low motivation to succeed" and "Diffuse identity". The following materials were used in the study: analysis of questionnaires and methods that made it possible to identify the impact of gender identification and motivation to succeed on the lives of servicemen.
