СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНА ПРОФІЛАКТИКА МОБІНГУ В СТУДЕНТСЬКОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в тому, що розбудова сучасної системи освіти відбувається у складних соціокультурних умовах та в ситуації загострення негативних явищ у освітньому середовищі, зокрема прояву випадків мобінгу. Констатація наявності проблеми психічного насильства викликає потребу в розробленні педагогічно доцільних методів запобігання цьому ганебному явищу. Теоретична частина розкриває особливості явища «мобінг у студентській групі» через ґендерну специфіку міжособистісних відносин у студентському колективі та характеристику методів та форм соціально-педагогічної профілактики мобінгу у студентській групі. В практичній частині роботи емпірично досліджено прояви мобінг-процесів у студентському середовищі (на прикладі студентських колективів Херсонського державного університету та ДНЗ «Вище професійне училище № 2 м. Херсона» й на основі результатів емпіричного дослідження розроблено корекційно-розвивальну програму «Створення сприятливого клімату у студентському середовищі» для здобувачів освіти. The relevance of the research topic is that the development of the modern education system takes place in complex socio-cultural conditions and in a situation of exacerbation of negative phenomena in the educational environment, in particular the manifestation of cases of mobbing. The statement of the existence of the problem of mental violence necessitates the development of pedagogically expedient methods of preventing this shameful phenomenon. The theoretical part reveals the features of the phenomenon of "mobbing in the student group" through the gender specifics of interpersonal relations in the student body and the characteristics of methods and forms of socio-pedagogical prevention of mobbing in the student group. In the practical part of the work the manifestations of mobbing processes in the student environment are empirically studied (on the example of student groups of Kherson State University and Higher Vocational School № 2 Kherson) and based on the results of empirical research developed correctional and developmental program "Creating a favorable climate" environment "for students.
