Abstract

В даний час актуальність розгляду аутсорсингу пов'язана з його широким розповсюдженням у світі, оскільки його застосування дозволяє значною мірою підвищити конкурентоспроможність корпорацій шляхом зниження витрат, раціоналізації виробничої та управлінської діяльності, фокусування на інноваціях. Сучасний етап розвитку глобальної світової економіки називається постіндустріальним етапом, етапом економіки знань та інформаційних технологій В роботі розглянуто сновні проблеми та тенденції розвитку аутсорсингу в Україні та світі. Проаналізувано роль аутсорсингу в міжнародних корпораціях. Визначено, що взаємини в форматі аутсорсингу стають більш стандартизованими, і тепер сторони більше орієнтуються на людей і процеси, ніж на ціни. Це дозволяє постачальникам аутсорсингових послуг впевнено дивитися в майбутнє. Визначено, що найважливішими перевагами аутсорсингу є вирішення кадрових проблем, оскільки з’являється новий кваліфікований персонал, який не потребує спеціального обладнання, такого як робоче місце компанії та оптимізація управління та витрат. Досліджено історію виникнення терміну «аутсорсинг» та історію виникнення такого явища, як аутсорсинг. З метою дослідження світової практики аусторсерської діяльності, проаналізовано досвід, США, Японії, України. В роботі проаналізовані перспективи розвитку аутсорсингу у світі. Currently, the relevance of considering outsourcing is associated with its widespread use in the world, as its use can significantly improve the competitiveness of corporations by reducing costs, rationalization of production and management activities, focusing on innovation. The modern stage of the global world economy called the post-industrial stage, the stage of the knowledge economy and information technology in the work considered the main problems and trends in outsourcing development in Ukraine and the world. Analyzed the role of outsourcing in international corporations. Determined that relationships in the format of outsourcing are becoming more standardized, and now the parties are more focused on people and processes rather than prices. This allows outsourcing service providers to look to the future with confidence. It is determined that the most important advantages of outsourcing are the solution of personnel problems because there is new qualified personnel, which do not require special equipment, such as workplace of the company and optimization of management and costs. The history of the term "outsourcing" and the history of the emergence of such a phenomenon as outsourcing is investigated. In order to investigate the world practice of outsourcing, the experience of the United States, Japan, and Ukraine has been analyzed. The paper analyzes the prospects for the development of outsourcing in the world.
