ПРАВОВІ ОСНОВИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В ДЕРЖАВАХ УЧАСНИЦЯХ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ТА В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 39 сторінках, вона складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел (38 позицій). Об'єктом розгляду є суспільні відносини, що виникають у сфері залучення іноземних інвестицій. Предметом роботи виступають правові основи інвестиційної діяльності в державах-учасницях Європейського Союзу та в Україні. Методи роботи: спеціальні та загальнонаукові методи, метод аналізу, порівняння та формальний метод.У першому розділі розглянуто науково-теоретичний аспект інвестиційної діяльності. У другому розділі розглянуто механізм правового регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в європейському регіоні. У третьому розділі зроблено поріняльний аналіз інвестиційної діяльності Європейського Союзу та України. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки, що інвестиційна діяльність відіграє важливу роль в розвитку будь-якої країни та в її економічному середовищі. Тhe qualification work is presented on 39 pages, it consists of the introduction, three sections, conclusions, the list of the used sources (38 positions). The object of consideration is public relations arising in the field of attracting foreign investment. The subject of the work is the legal basis of investment activity in the member states of the European Union and in Ukraine. Methods of work: special and general scientific methods, method of analysis, comparison and formal method. In the first section the scientific-theoretical aspect of investment activity is considered. The second section considers the mechanism of legal regulation of investment activities in the European region. The third section provides a comparative analysis of the investment activities of the European Union and Ukraine. Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that investment activity plays an important role in the development of any country and in its economic environment.
