Abstract

Присвячена розгляду права Європейського Союзу як, особливої, незалежної правої системи що, має значний вплив на міжнародний світовий порядок. Вплив права ЄС на даний час розглядається в різних аспектах, зумовлює та контролює багато міжнародних дій, насамперед,зумовлює правову інтеграцію. Особливість правової системи Європейського Союзу полягає в чітко визначених цілях і високорозвинених законодавчих функціях що,значною мірою є результатом концепції міжнародної наднаціональної організації, яка створює власний правовий порядок. Концепція міжнародної наднаціональної організації (або організації міжнародної інтеграції) була повністю реалізована у діяльності Європейських Співтовариств. Саме на основі діяльності утворена правова система яка, є прикладом для держав-членів,та шляхом становлення ними. Вища сфера впливу правової системи ЄС на національні правові системи зумовлює обов'язковий всіх норм для держав-членів,їх належну відповідність. Правопорядок та високий рівень розвитку, наднаціональний вплив на внутрішньо-державне право, який має правова система ЄС, відповідність та членство в організації, все це зумовлює правову інтеграцію суб'єктів міжнародного права. В умовах глобалізації підвищення становища на міжнародній арені,розвиток та членство в ЄС є одним з цілей всіх держав. The relevance of the topic lies in the importance of European Union law as a special, independent legal system that has a significant impact on the international world order. The impact of EU law is currently considered in various aspects, determines and controls many international actions, first of all, determines legal integration. The peculiarity of the legal system of the European Union lies in clearly defined goals and highly developed legislative functions, which is largely the result of the concept of an international supranational organization that creates its own legal order. The concept of an international supranational organization (or organization of international integration) has been fully implemented in the activities of the European Communities. It is on the basis of activity that the legal system is formed, which is an example for the member states, and by becoming them. The higher sphere of influence of the EU legal system on national legal systems presupposes the binding of all norms for the member states, their proper compliance. Law and order and a high level of development, supranational influence on domestic law, which has the EU legal system, compliance and membership in the organization, all this determines the legal integration of subjects of international law. In the context of globalization, raising the position in the international arena, development and membership in the EU is one of the goals of all states.
