Abstract

Визначено сутність і значення конкуренції в умовах реалізації нової регіональної політики. Досліджено особливості визначення рівня спроможності територіальних громад. Визначено бюджетні механізми фінансування розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади. Досліджено стан розвитку Бериславської міської територіальної громади. Визначено особливості розроблення програмних документів, направлених на зростання конкурентоспроможності територіальної громади. Проведено оцінювання сучасного стану розвитку житлово-комунального господарства у Бериславській міській територіальній громаді. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання сучасних методів визначення проблемних складових у розвитку територіальних громад. Запропоновано інвестиційні механізми фінансування розвитку об’єднаної територіальної громади. The essence and significance of competition in the conditions of realization of the new regional policy are defined.
