РОЛЬ БЮРО ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ У ПРОТИДІЇ ФІНАНСОВИМ ПРАВОПОРУШЕННЯМ: ПОНЯТТЯ, ПРИЧИНИ, НАСЛІДКИ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню створення та діяльності Бюро економічної безпеки України та вивченню системи захисту економіки держави. Визначено і охарактеризовано поняття «економічна безпека держави»; описано історико-правові аспекти діяльності спеціальних органів захисту економіки України за період незалежності; проведено аналіз причин та умов існування економічної злочинності в Україні; досліджено сучасний стан економічної злочинності в Україні; визначено шляхи вирішення та попередження проблеми економічної злочинності на території України; охарактеризовано Бюро економічної безпеки як суб’єкт протидії фінансовим правопорушенням. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the creation and operation of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine and the study of the system of protection of the state economy. The concept of «economic security of the state» is defined and characterized; described the historical and legal aspects of the activities of special bodies for the protection of the economy of Ukraine during the period of independence; analyzed of the causes and conditions of economic crime in Ukraine; the current state of economic crime in Ukraine is studied; identified ways to solve and prevent the problem of economic crime in Ukraine; the Bureau of Economic Security is characterized as a subject of counteraction to financial offenses.
