ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-МЕТОДИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ АДАПТИВНОГО ФІЗИЧНОГО ВИХОВАННЯ УЧНІВ З ПОРУШЕННЯМ ЗОРУ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення організаційно-методичних аспектів адаптивного фізичного виховання учнів з порушенням зору. Адаптивне фізичне виховання учнів із вадами зору передбачає вирішення крім загальних, ще й ряду спеціальних завдань, зокрема збереження та розвиток залишкового зору, розвиток навичок просторового орієнтування, рухової функції ока, зміцнення м'язової системи ока, корекції недоліків фізичного розвитку, а також корекційно-компенсаторний розвиток та вдосконалення м'язово-суглобового відчуття тощо. Врахування індивідуального і диференційованого підходу щодо регулювання фізичного навантаження, фізичної підготовленості та сенсорних можливостей дітей, а також із врахуванням емоційної насиченості є основними важливими компонентами адаптивного фізичного виховання учнів із порушенням зору. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the organizational and methodological aspects of adaptive physical education of visually impaired students. Adaptive physical education of students with visual impairments involves solving, in addition to general, a number of special tasks, including preservation and development of residual vision, development of spatial orientation skills, motor function of the eye, strengthening of the muscular system of the eye, correction of deficiencies in physical development, as well as corrective compensatory development and improvement of muscle and joint sensation, etc. Taking into account an individual and differentiated approach to the regulation of physical load, physical fitness and sensory capabilities of children, as well as taking into account emotional saturation are the main important components of adaptive physical education of students with visual impairment.
