Ефективно функціонуючий ринок фінансових інструментів дає можливість мобілізувати вільні грошові кошти юридичних та фізичних осіб та направити ix y конкурентоспроможні галузі. Провідну роль на фінансовому ринку, серед спеціалізованих кредитно-фінансових інститутів відіграють комерційні банки. Саме діяльність банків на ринку фінансових інструментів дозволяє активізувати процес інвестування в реальний сектор національної економіки та залучити, як іноземний так і вітчизняний капітал, що стимулює розвиток економіки держави. Активізація діяльності банків на ринку фінансових інструментів має важливе значення для економічного розвитку нашої країни. To increase the rate of economic growth, especially in today's conditions of instability, and to increase the volume of investments, the efficient operation of the financial market, especially such a segment as the market of financial instruments, is necessary. An efficiently functioning market of financial instruments makes it possible to mobilize free funds of legal entities and individuals and direct ix y competitive industries. Commercial banks play a leading role in the financial market among specialized credit and financial institutions. It is the activity of banks in the market of financial instruments that allows to activate the process of investing in the real sector of the national economy and attract both foreign and domestic capital, which stimulates the development of the state's economy. Activation of banks' activity on the market of financial instruments is important for the economic development of our country.
