МЕТОДИКА ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ЗАСОБІВ ФІТНЕС-ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ НА УРОКАХ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню проблеми застосування засобів фітнес-технологій на уроках фізичної культури. В результаті впровадження експериментальної методики за період дослідження відзначено позитивну динаміку в показниках фізичної підготовленості хлопців та дівчат експериментальних груп. Результати проведеного експерименту підтверджують ефективність розробленої методики побудови занять з використанням засобів фітнесу на уроках фізичної культури. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the problem of using fitness technologies in physical education classes. As a result of the implementation of the experimental methodology during the research period, positive dynamics were noted in the indicators of physical fitness of the boys and girls of the experimental groups. The results of the conducted experiment confirm the effectiveness of the developed methodology for building classes using fitness equipment in physical education lessons.
