ПСИХОЕМОЦІЙНІ ВІДНОСИНИ У РОДИНАХ СЛУЖБОВЦІВ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІЦІЇ

Abstract

Робота присвячена дослідженню психоемоційних відносин у родинах службовців національної поліції. Професійне становлення особистості вважається одним з найтриваліших і головних дистанцій в житті людини, яке впливає на стан фізичного і психічного здоров'я суб'єкта професійної діяльності. Сім'ї працівників поліції виступають в якості об'єктів, що відчувають негативний вплив службової сфери, і в якості суб'єктів, що долають наслідки цього впливу. Викладені дослідження та підсумки щодо психоемоційних відносин у родинах службовців поліції у Головному управлінні Національної поліції в Херсонській області. Дослідження проводилося в онлайн-форматі через різні застосунки (електронна пошта, телеграм, месенджер, вайбер і т.д.), участь у дослідженні взяли 14 пар віком від 25 до 40 років. Тест Лірі направлений на дослідження міжособистісних відносин у шлюбних парах; Тест опису поведінки К.Томаса дозволив виявити типи поведінки чоловіків та жінок в конфліктних ситуаціях; Фрайбурзький особистісний опитувальник (FPI) дозволив проаналізувати особистісні фактори досліджуваних чоловіків та жінок; Методи математико-статистичної обробки даних дозволили представити отримані результати у кількісній формі; Кореляційний аналіз дозволив виявити значимі взаємозв’язки між отриманими показниками шлюбних пар. У ході дослідження виокремлено фактори які впливають на психоемоційний стан службовця поліції: травматичні події, військовий стан, високі очікування, недостатність ресурсів, фізичні навантаження. До негативних психоемоційних станів відносяться перевтома, тривога, страх, паніка, агресивність. Емпірична частина дозволила діагностувати, що більшість чоловіків та жінок потенційні лідери, в більшості випадків схильні до суперництва, але в той же час, можуть вирішувати конфліктні ситуації за допомогою компромісу. The master's thesis is devoted to the study of psycho-emotional relationships in the families of national police officers. The professional formation of an individual is considered one of the longest and main distances in a person's life, which affects the state of physical and mental health of the subject of professional activity. Families of police officers act as objects that feel the negative influence of the service sphere, and as subjects that overcome the consequences of this influence. With a reduced ability of families to make adequate changes, there is a risk of disruption of family relations under the influence of negative psychological factors of the service sphere.Methods. This work presents research and conclusions regarding psycho-emotional relationships in the families of police officers in the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region. The study was conducted online through various applications (e-mail, Telegram, messenger, Viber, etc.), 14 couples aged 25 to 40 took part in the study. Leary's test is aimed at researching interpersonal relationships in married couples; The test of description of the behavior of K. Thomas made it possible to identify the types of behavior of men and women in conflict situations; The Freiburg Personality Questionnaire (FPI) made it possible to analyze the personal factors of the studied men and women; The methods of mathematical and statistical data processing allowed to present the obtained results in quantitative form; Correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between the obtained indicators of married couples. In the course of the study, the factors affecting the psycho-emotional state of the police officer were identified: traumatic events, martial law, high expectations, insufficient resources, physical exertion. Negative psycho-emotional states include fatigue, anxiety, fear, panic, aggressiveness. The empirical part made it possible to diagnose that most men and women are potential leaders, in most cases prone to rivalry, but at the same time, they can solve conflict situations by means of compromise.
