СПЕЦИФІКА ВИКЛАДАННЯ ФІЛОСОФІЇ МАЙБУТНІМ ПРАВНИКАМ В УМОВАХ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ

Abstract

У статті розглянуто специфіку викладання філософії майбутнім правникам в умовах дистанційного навчання. Визначено, що в умовах пандемії люди у різних регіонах світу отримують освіту з використанням технологій дистанційної освіти. Автор підкреслює, що сучасні інформаційно-комунікаційні технології, необхідні для роботи студента з інформацією, закладено в основу інформаційно-освітньої сфери, яка має в умовах дистанційної освіти глобальний масштаб. У статті викладено роль навчальної дисципліни філософії, яка має безумовний світоглядний потенціал для майбутніх правників. Зазначено, що філософське знання забезпечує формування у майбутніх правників тих особистісних і професійних якостей, які сприятимуть вмінню критично аналізувати об’єкти суспільного життя. Автор описує застосування власно розроблених графічно-логічних схем «мем-дайджест» у процесі викладання курсу «Філософія». Зроблено висновок про те, що дистанційне навчання в сучасних умовах має стати ефективним інструментом адаптації майбутніх правників до нових соціальних умов, а також формування навичок швидкої зміни ролей, модусів і практик. The article considers the specifics of teaching philosophy to future lawyers in terms of distance learning. It is determined that in a pandemic, people in different regions of the world receive education using distance education technologies. The author emphasizes that modern information and communication technologies necessary for the student’s work with information are the basis of the information and educational sphere, which in the context of distance education has a global scale. The article describes the role of the discipline of philosophy, which has an unconditional ideological potential for future lawyers. It is noted that philosophical knowledge ensures the formation of future lawyers of those personal and professional qualities that will promote the ability to critically analyze the objects of public life. The author describes the application of the actually developed graphic-logical schemes "mem-digest" in the process of teaching the course "Philosophy". It is concluded that distance learning in modern conditions should become an effective tool for adapting future lawyers to new social conditions, as well as the formation of skills to quickly change roles, modes and practices.
